Let's cook Indonesian food!

Today, we came along to Cafe Wayan Cooking School.
And after 2 hours later, my daughters made up such a great Indonesian dinner!
(with teachers' great help, of course, ha ha..)

Behind: sate ayam and Balinese checken salad.
Front: a stir-fry of spinach, fried checkens with chili sauce and shrimp dumplings.

How to make Balinese Checken Salad

First of all, mince a shallot, a garlic, and a red pepper well.

Mash a piece of tumeric on a stone morter.

Season a chicken breast with tumeric, coriander salt and oil.
And roast it on a net.

Cut the chicken roasted enough.
into small pieces.
And mix it well with other materials using your fingers.
