Today, we came along to Cafe Wayan Cooking School.
And after 2 hours later,
my daughters made up such a great Indonesian dinner!
(with teachers' great help, of course, ha ha..)
Behind: sate ayam and Balinese checken salad.
Front: a stir-fry of spinach, fried checkens with chili sauce and shrimp dumplings.
This is the materials. See its vivid color! |
How to make Balinese Checken Salad |
First of all, mince a shallot, a garlic, and a red pepper well. |
Mash a piece of tumeric on a stone morter. |
Season a chicken breast with tumeric, coriander salt and oil. |
Cut the chicken roasted enough. |
"Oh, it's fun!" |
Extract a lime on it and dish it up on the leaf of a banana, and you'll get it! |
